Kansas City Live has video of Fourth of July performing on the local morning show. I Heart Local Music hearts Dean Monkey & the Dropouts Dean’s Steak House. The Deli reviews the Silver Maggies’ My Pale Horse. The VooDoo Lounge has photos from Stephen Lynch’s recent show. profiles Brain Food in preparation for their KJHK’s Farmer’s Ball performance, but the Larryville Chronicles don’t see them winning this year. The Numero Group is in need of archived photos of the old Cavern Studios building in Independence, MO.

Midland, Midland, Midland: Straight No Chaser will play the Midland November 3; the Psychedelic Furs are playing the Midland June 9; and the Midland will also play host to the Dirty Heads, the Expendables, and Big B July 11.
